South Sound BMW hosts two "BIKE SWAP" events each year; one in the spring and one in the fall. The information contained on this page explains what we do and how it benefits you. The Bike Swap is a consignment event. If you have an older motorcycle you want to sell then the Bike Swap is a great venue for you. We have hundreds of customers each year who come to this event looking for that "special deal".

Rather than try to sell your bike through the paper or some on-line entity, we can do it for you, and save you some significant hassles. In many cases we can finance the purchaser, we do all the titling paperwork, and handle the registration process. We will represent your motorcycle in a professional manner to prospective purchasers.

Your motorcycle is stored inside at night and displayed outside in our parking lot during the day. Demo rides are not allowed. You set the selling price. You get a check from us within 5 working days of your bike's sale. We charge you a 10% flat fee if your bike sells, and nothing if it does not.

Conversely, if you are in the market for a motorcycle you should plan on attending the Bike Swap. Each year we seem to have a broad selection of brands and a wide range of selling prices. You never know what will show up.

We request that you bring your bike to the dealership and complete the consignment paperwork a couple of days before the event begins.
